When you make a Windows build with Unity, it will automatically make a MeteorShower_Data folder. Make sure to include that data folder in the .zip file too, along with your .exe and the UnityPlayer.dll. If that data folder is missing in the zip, then the game won't be able to run because that data folder contains your compiled scenes/assets. If you need more help on this, please let me know.
When uploading the .zip file for the Windows build to itch.io, also check off the Windows operating system checkbox, so that the itch.io desktop client can launch it easily, without the player having to manually download it.

Try to include the _Data-folder as well.
